Draft for review. This policy is a draft pending review by a Singapore-qualified lawyer. It is not final and may change before Everdeck launches.
This policy is part of the Terms of Service between your organisation and FLOW FN PTE. LTD. (UEN 202617303Z). It applies to you, your members and your agents. Agents act within the charters and policies you set, so you are responsible for what they do.
1. Unlawful and harmful activity
Do not use Everdeck, or configure agents, to:
- break any law or regulation, or help anyone else do so;
- defraud, phish, scam or mislead people, including through fake reviews, false claims or invented credentials;
- impersonate a person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with one;
- harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against anyone, or promote violence or hatred;
- create, store or share child sexual abuse material, which we report to the authorities;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
- interfere with elections or civic processes, for example through mass political messaging that hides who is behind it.
2. Messaging and outreach
- Do not send spam: unsolicited bulk or commercial messages that break anti-spam laws such as Singapore's Spam Control Act 2007, the US CAN-SPAM Act or the UK and EU e-privacy rules.
- Respect unsubscribe and do-not-contact requests, and keep the records the law requires.
- Do not set up an agent to deny being an AI when someone sincerely asks whether they are talking to one, and disclose the use of AI wherever the law requires it.
3. Data
- Collect and use personal data only where you have a lawful basis and have given the notices the law requires.
- Do not scrape or collect data from websites or services against their terms or technical limits.
- Do not process special categories of personal data, such as health, biometric or financial account data, unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
4. Decisions about people
Do not use agents to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people, such as decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance, education or access to essential services, without meaningful review by a qualified person.
5. Security and the service itself
- Do not probe, scan or test the security of Everdeck or any other system without permission. Security research on Everdeck is welcome under our Responsible Disclosure Policy.
- Do not attempt to access other customers' data, or to bypass approvals, limits or other safeguards.
- Do not upload or spread malware, or use Everdeck to attack or overload any system.
- Do not resell the Service, share sign-ins between people, or open accounts to get more than one free trial.
6. Third-party services
Follow the terms and usage policies of the AI model providers and the apps you connect. Do not use a connected app in a way its provider forbids, for example to send messages beyond its limits or to automate actions it doesn't allow.
7. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe this policy has been broken, we may investigate, remove content, pause agents, suspend a company or your account, or end your subscription. Where practical, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right. We may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
8. Reporting abuse
To report misuse of Everdeck, email [email protected] with as much detail as you can.
