Subprocessors
The service providers that process data for Everdeck, what they do and where.
Draft for review. This list is a draft pending review by a Singapore-qualified lawyer. It is not final and may change before Everdeck launches.
FLOW FN PTE. LTD. (UEN 202617303Z) uses the service providers below to run Everdeck. Each processes personal data only to provide its service to us, under a contract with data protection terms. Our Data Processing Agreement explains how we choose and oversee them.
| Subprocessor | What it does for Everdeck | Data involved | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Neon | Hosts our Postgres database, which also holds the files your agents read and save | All account data and Customer Content | Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1) |
| DigitalOcean | Runs the application and its background workers | All data the service processes, while it processes it, and our server logs | Singapore (SGP1) |
| Amazon Web Services | Protects encryption keys (AWS KMS) and sends email (Amazon SES) | Encrypted data keys; email addresses and the content of service emails | Singapore (ap-southeast-1) |
| Stripe | Payments, subscriptions, invoices and tax | Billing contacts and payment details, which Stripe holds | United States and other Stripe locations |
| Cloudflare | Bot protection (Turnstile) on the sign-up, sign-in and password reset pages | IP addresses and browser details from those pages | Cloudflare's global network |
| Embedding provider: OpenAI | Turns knowledge documents, agents' memory notes and search queries into vectors, so search finds them by meaning. Used only while we have switched it on with our own key | Text of the documents you add to knowledge, agents' memory notes and the searches agents and people run | United States |
Not in use yet
We plan to add these providers before Everdeck launches. They receive no data today. Before we start using either one, we will add it to the table above and email account owners as set out under "Changes to this list".
| Provider | What it will do | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Pydantic (Logfire) | Application tracing and performance monitoring | Request details and traces, with secrets removed |
| Sentry | Error monitoring | Error reports and request details, with secrets removed |
Your AI model providers and the apps you connect
The AI model providers your agents use, such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Google, are not our subprocessors (OpenAI is one only as our embedding provider, above, under our own account). You choose them, supply your own keys and contract with them directly, so their terms apply to the data your agents send them.
The same goes for the apps you connect, the MCP and API servers you add, and the Slack or Microsoft Teams workspace you send approval messages to. You choose them and connect them with your own accounts, and their terms apply to what your agents and Everdeck send them for you.
Changes to this list
We will email account owners at least 30 days before we add or replace a subprocessor, and update this page. You can object as described in the Data Processing Agreement.
