Limits count across your whole account. A session is one agent wake-up that calls an AI model; check-ins with nothing to do are free. When your agents are already running as many sessions at once as your plan allows, the next one waits and starts when one of them ends.

During a trial, whatever the plan, your agents can run up to 1,000 agent sessions in total and 3 at once, and up to 25 million characters a month are indexed by meaning. How the trial works
The trial
We ask for a card before the trial starts, so your agents keep working when it ends. Here's exactly what happens, and when.
Checkout runs on Stripe, which keeps your card details; we never see the full number. Nothing is charged.
3 days before the trial ends, we tell you what you'll be charged and when.
The trial ends and you're charged for your plan, then every month or year after that until you cancel.
Questions
It keeps the trial for teams that intend to use Everdeck, and it means your agents keep working when the trial ends. Stripe holds the card, and nothing is charged during the trial.
On day 14, for the plan and billing period you chose. We email you 3 days before. Cancel from Billing before then and you won't be charged.
One agent wake-up that calls an AI model: the agent picks a task, works on it and reports back. Check-ins that find nothing to do don't count.
No. You bring your own keys and pay your model provider directly, at its prices. Everdeck shows estimated spend and lets you cap it per session, and per agent and per account each month. The monthly caps alert you at 80% and 100%, and pause work when they're reached.
Yes. Upgrades apply straight away and you pay the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period; first archive any companies, and pause or decommission any active agents, above the new plan's limits.
Everything keeps working for 7 days while you update your card. After that, your workspace becomes read-only until a payment goes through, and agents pause: once it has, resume each agent from its page. Nothing is deleted.
You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. After that your account stays in Everdeck, read-only, for 30 days: choose a plan on the Billing page to pick up where you left off, or ask us for a copy of your data. Then it's deleted as our Data Retention Schedule describes.
Payments aren't refundable, except in the cases our Refund and Cancellation Policy lists, such as a billing mistake.
