Billing and plans
The plans and what each allows, your free trial, paying through Stripe, changing or cancelling, and what happens when a payment fails.
Your account has one plan, which covers every company in it. The account owner and billing members manage it on the Billing page; admins can see it. Stripe, our payment provider, handles cards, invoices and tax: Everdeck never sees your card number. AI model usage isn't part of the plan: you pay your AI providers directly, with your own keys.
The plans
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | Companies | Active agents | Seats | Agent sessions a month | Agent sessions at once | MCP and API servers | Session history |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | US$79 a month | US$790 a year | 1 | 5 | 3 | 3,000 | 3 | 2 | 30 days |
| Growth | US$199 a month | US$1,990 a year | 3 | 20 | 10 | 15,000 | 6 | 10 | 90 days |
| Scale | US$499 a month | US$4,990 a year | 10 | 60 | 25 | 60,000 | 12 | Unlimited | 365 days |
Prices are in US dollars, plus GST or other tax where it applies. Paying yearly gives you 2 months free. Every plan includes all 100 connectors. Active agents are the ones that are working (not drafts, paused or decommissioned agents); seats are the people in the account, pending invitations included; archived companies don't count.
Agent sessions at once is how many sessions your agents can run at the same time, across all your companies. When that many are running, an agent with work waits its turn instead of starting: it isn't paused, nothing is listed in Activity for the wait, and it doesn't use any of your sessions for the month. Everdeck tries it again within 2 minutes, and it starts once one of the running sessions has ended. See Agents.
Billing shows your usage against your plan: Companies, Seats, Active agents and MCP and API servers. If you go over a limit after moving to a smaller plan, what you have keeps working, but nothing more can be added until you're under it or you upgrade.
Your free trial
New accounts get a 14-day free trial of the plan they choose:
- On Billing, choose Monthly or Yearly, then select the start-trial button under the plan.
- Add a card at Stripe. Nothing is charged today.
- Your first payment is when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you won't pay.
During the trial your plan's limits apply, except that your agents can run up to 1,000 sessions in all and 3 at once, and up to 25 million characters a month are indexed by meaning (see Knowledge base). Free trials are one per account, one per account owner and one per card. If a trial isn't available, the page says why and billing starts at checkout.
Change or cancel your plan
Select Manage billing to open Stripe's billing portal, where you switch plans, update your payment method, download invoices and cancel. Upgrades apply at once, with the difference prorated; downgrades apply at the end of the billing period.
Choosing a plan, opening the portal and changing the spending cap each ask you to confirm it's you if you haven't in the last 15 minutes.
If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for and Billing says when it ends; you can turn it back on in Manage billing until then. After it ends your companies are read-only until you choose a plan again. Nothing is deleted.
When a payment fails
If a payment doesn't go through, Billing shows Payment overdue and the date to fix it by: you have 7 days to update your payment method (Update payment method) and keep your agents working.
After that the account is Restricted: agents are paused and the workspace is read-only until the payment goes through. Nothing is deleted, and you can still remove people, give someone billing access and archive companies. Select Pay now to pay. Once it's paid, agents that Everdeck paused for billing wait for a manager or company admin to resume them.
