Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to making Everdeck usable by everyone, and how to tell us when it isn't.
Draft for review. This statement is a draft pending review by a Singapore-qualified lawyer. It is not final and may change before Everdeck launches.
FLOW FN PTE. LTD. (UEN 202617303Z) wants everyone to be able to use Everdeck, including people who use assistive technology.
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across our website, the sign-in pages and the Everdeck application.
What we do
- Build pages with semantic HTML, headings and landmarks, so screen readers can navigate them.
- Make every feature usable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Check colour contrast in both the light and dark themes, and never use colour alone to convey meaning.
- Label every form field and explain errors in words, next to the field they relate to.
- Respect your system's reduced-motion setting.
- Let pages reflow at narrow widths and up to 400% zoom without losing content.
Known limitations
Everdeck is in development, and we haven't yet completed a full audit. Before general availability, we will have an independent accessibility review and publish the results here.
Two views are visual first, and each has an alternative that works with a keyboard and a screen reader:
- The task board. You move a card between columns by dragging it. Every move the board allows is also on the task's own page, under "Move to", and the List view shows the same tasks without dragging.
- The org chart. The chart is drawn as a picture, with each agent's box linking to its page. The List view on the Agents page shows the same agents, and each agent's own page says who it reports to, at any screen width or zoom level.
Compatibility
Everdeck is designed for current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on desktop and mobile, and for use with screen readers such as VoiceOver and NVDA.
Feedback
If anything on our website or in Everdeck is hard to use, tell us at [email protected]. Describe the page and the problem, and the browser and assistive technology you use if you can. We will reply within five business days and, where we can't fix the problem quickly, help you get what you need another way.
