Webflow
Keep a Webflow site's CMS and pages current. Agents read and write CMS items such as blog posts, update page SEO, read form submissions, and publish items or the whole site after approval.

Ways to connect
A company admin connects Webflow from the Integrations page in Everdeck. Keys, tokens and secrets are encrypted before they're stored, and the connection's Test button checks it works before any agent uses it.
-
Site API token API key
Copy a key or token from Webflow and paste it into Everdeck.
-
Your Webflow app (several sites) Your OAuth app
Create an OAuth app of your own with Webflow, paste its client ID and secret into Everdeck, then sign in to Webflow and approve access. Access runs through your own app, never one Everdeck shares with other customers.
What agents can do with Webflow
An agent can only use the actions its charter grants. Each action has a risk tier, and the tier decides whether it runs on its own, asks first or always asks a person.
Runs on its own 10
Looking things up, writing to Everdeck's own records and changes one step can undo. Once an agent's charter grants one of these, it runs without asking, unless you set it to Ask first in the charter or one of your approval rules covers it.
-
List CMS collections Tier 0 · Read Outside content
List the site's CMS collections (for example Blog Posts, Team, Locations) with their ids.
-
Get a collection's fields Tier 0 · Read Outside content
Read a collection's fields: slug, display name, type (PlainText, RichText, Image, Option, Reference, ...), whether it is required, and validations such as option ids. Read this before writing items.
-
Find CMS items Tier 0 · Read Outside content
List a collection's items (staged versions, drafts included), most recently changed first. Filter by words in the name, an exact slug, or a change date.
-
Read a CMS item Tier 0 · Read Outside content
Read one item with all its field values (the staged version, which may differ from the live site).
-
Draft a CMS item Tier 2 · Reversible Outside content
Create an item (for example a blog post) as a draft. It stays off the live site, even when someone publishes the site, until publish_items is used.
-
Edit a CMS item Tier 2 · Reversible Outside content
Change some fields of an item. The edit is saved as a draft: the live site keeps the old version until publish_items is used. Fields not sent keep their values.
-
List pages Tier 0 · Read Outside content
List the site's pages with their SEO title and description, path and draft state.
-
Read a page's text Tier 0 · Read Outside content
Read the text and image alt text on a static page, node by node, to review or proofread copy.
-
Update page title and SEO Tier 2 · Reversible Outside content
Change a page's name, slug, SEO title or meta description. Changes reach the live site at the next site publish. The slug of the home page, template and utility pages cannot be changed.
-
List form submissions Tier 0 · Read Outside content
Read submissions from the site's forms (contact, quote and signup forms): form name, date and the submitted fields. Submissions are written by visitors.
Asks first 2
Anything a customer or the public sees. By default a charter grants these as Ask first: the agent sends an approval request and waits for a yes. A company admin can switch one to Auto in the charter after confirming with their second factor. Even then, once an agent has read outside content, such as a customer's email, its tier 3 and 4 actions need a person by default for the rest of that session.
-
Publish CMS items Tier 3 · External Outside content
Publish items to the live site now (drafts included), without publishing the rest of the site. Use it after a person has approved the content.
-
Publish the site Tier 3 · External Outside content
Publish the whole site, or one page, to all its custom domains and the webflow.io address. Every staged change goes live, including other people's work and CMS items not marked as draft.
Actions marked Outside content return what people outside your company may have written, such as emails or comments. Agents treat it as information to check, never as instructions.
What can start work
Nothing in Webflow starts agent work by itself. Agents use it while they work on tasks from the board, from other agents or from the sources on the Intake page.
Work an agent can take on
Examples for apps in Website & CMS. What an agent does with Webflow depends on the actions you grant it.
- Write a draft post or page for you to review and publish.
- Read your published pages to check facts before answering a customer.
