Typeform
Forms and surveys. Agents list forms and their questions, read and search responses for follow-up or analysis, create new forms as private drafts, publish or unpublish them, and delete a respondent's answers on request.

Ways to connect
A company admin connects Typeform from the Integrations page in Everdeck. Keys, tokens and secrets are encrypted before they're stored, and the connection's Test button checks it works before any agent uses it.
-
Personal access token API key
Copy a key or token from Typeform and paste it into Everdeck.
-
Your Typeform app Your OAuth app
Create an OAuth app of your own with Typeform, paste its client ID and secret into Everdeck, then sign in to Typeform and approve access. Access runs through your own app, never one Everdeck shares with other customers.
What agents can do with Typeform
An agent can only use the actions its charter grants. Each action has a risk tier, and the tier decides whether it runs on its own, asks first or always asks a person.
Runs on its own 6
Looking things up, writing to Everdeck's own records and changes one step can undo. Once an agent's charter grants one of these, it runs without asking, unless you set it to Ask first in the charter or one of your approval rules covers it.
-
List forms Tier 0 · Read Outside content
List forms, most recently updated first, with title, whether they are public and their share link. Search by title or limit to a workspace.
-
Read a form Tier 0 · Read Outside content
Read a form's questions (field ids, refs, titles, types and answer choices), hidden fields, settings and share link. Use the field ids to read answers and to filter responses.
-
List responses Tier 0 · Read Outside content
Read submitted responses, newest first, with every answer, hidden fields and score. Filter by date, by a phrase in the answers, or page back with before. Responses from roughly the last 30 minutes may not be included yet.
-
Search responses Tier 0 · Read Outside content
Find responses with combined conditions on answers, hidden fields, tags, metadata, response ids and submission time, for example everyone who rated below 7 last month.
-
Create a form Tier 2 · Reversible Outside content
Create a new form or survey from a list of questions. It is created private (not accepting responses) so a person can review it; publish it with set_form_public.
-
List workspaces Tier 0 · Read Outside content
List the workspaces you can access, with their ids, names and how many forms each holds.
Asks first 1
Anything a customer or the public sees. By default a charter grants these as Ask first: the agent sends an approval request and waits for a yes. A company admin can switch one to Auto in the charter after confirming with their second factor. Even then, once an agent has read outside content, such as a customer's email, its tier 3 and 4 actions need a person by default for the rest of that session.
-
Publish or unpublish a form Tier 3 · External Outside content
Make a form public so anyone with its link can respond, or private to stop collecting responses.
Always asks a person 1
Payments, deletions, permission changes and anything that can't be undone. A person approves every use, and no charter or approval rule can switch that off.
-
Delete responses Tier 4 · Money or irreversible Outside content
Permanently delete specific responses, for example when a respondent asks for their data to be erased. Deletion happens shortly after the request is accepted and cannot be undone.
Actions marked Outside content return what people outside your company may have written, such as emails or comments. Agents treat it as information to check, never as instructions.
What can start work
Nothing in Typeform starts agent work by itself. Agents use it while they work on tasks from the board, from other agents or from the sources on the Intake page.
Work an agent can take on
Examples for apps in Marketing & forms. What an agent does with Typeform depends on the actions you grant it.
- Add new sign-ups to the right list with the right tags.
- Draft an email campaign for you to review before anything is sent.
- Report how last month's campaigns performed.
Set it up
The Typeform setup guide walks through each way to connect: what to set up first and the fields to fill in.
Typeform is a separate service with its own terms. Everdeck isn't affiliated with or endorsed by it.
