Amazon Seller Central
Selling on Amazon through the Selling Partner API. Agents search and read orders, confirm merchant-fulfilled shipments with tracking, check listings and FBA stock, update prices and merchant-fulfilled quantities, message buyers about their orders and send review requests.

Ways to connect
A company admin connects Amazon Seller Central from the Integrations page in Everdeck. Keys, tokens and secrets are encrypted before they're stored, and the connection's Test button checks it works before any agent uses it.
Every way in uses an app you create with Amazon Seller Central, so access stays under your control. The setup guide walks you through it.
Amazon Seller Central must approve your app or your API access before it can reach your live account. Allow time for that review.

Your private Selling Partner API app (self-authorized) Your OAuth app
Create an app of your own with Amazon Seller Central and paste its credentials into Everdeck. The connection then works without anyone signing in.
What agents can do with Amazon Seller Central
An agent can only use the actions its charter grants. Each action has a risk tier, and the tier decides whether it runs on its own, asks first or always asks a person.
Runs on its own 8
Looking things up, writing to Everdeck's own records and changes one step can undo. Once an agent's charter grants one of these, it runs without asking, unless you set it to Ask first in the charter or one of your approval rules covers it.
-
Search orders Tier 0 · Read Outside content
List orders created or updated since a time, optionally by fulfillment status or channel. Returns order id, dates, fulfillment status and channel, total and items. Give exactly one of created_after or updated_after. Amazon allows about one call every 3 minutes on average (burst 20), so prefer get_order when the order id is known.
-
Read an order Tier 0 · Read Outside content
Read one order with items (order item ids, SKU, ASIN, quantity, price), fulfillment status and ship-by and deliver-by windows, totals, cancellation details and packages with carrier and tracking number.
-
Search your listings Tier 0 · Read Outside content
List your listings in the marketplace, newest changes first, or look up specific SKUs or ASINs. Returns SKU, ASIN, title, status, condition, price and fulfillment quantity, plus listing issues.
-
Read a listing Tier 0 · Read Outside content
Read one of your listings by SKU: summary, offer price, fulfillment quantity, issues and, if asked for, its full attributes and product type (needed before changing anything else on it).
-
Set a merchant-fulfilled quantity Tier 2 · Reversible Outside content
Set the quantity available for a merchant-fulfilled (not FBA) listing; handling time and restock date stay as they are. FBA stock is managed by Amazon's warehouses and can't be set here.
-
Check FBA stock Tier 0 · Read Outside content
Read Fulfillment by Amazon stock for up to 50 SKUs (or all SKUs, page by page): fulfillable, inbound, reserved and unfulfillable quantities.
-
Search the Amazon catalog Tier 0 · Read Outside content
Search Amazon's catalog by keywords or by product identifiers (ASIN, EAN, UPC and others) to find ASINs, titles, brands and sales ranks.
-
See which messages can be sent for an order Tier 0 · Read Outside content
List the buyer message types Amazon currently allows for an order (they depend on the order's status, fulfillment and region). Check this before message_buyer.
Asks first 3
Anything a customer or the public sees. By default a charter grants these as Ask first: the agent sends an approval request and waits for a yes. A company admin can switch one to Auto in the charter after confirming with their second factor. Even then, once an agent has read outside content, such as a customer's email, its tier 3 and 4 actions need a person by default for the rest of that session.
-
Confirm a shipment with tracking Tier 3 · External Outside content
Confirm that items of a merchant-fulfilled order shipped, with carrier and tracking number. Amazon then shows the tracking to the buyer. Use order item ids from get_order.
-
Message the buyer about an order Tier 3 · External Outside content
Send the buyer one of Amazon's permitted order messages: confirmOrderDetails (a question about the order before it ships), confirmDeliveryDetails (arrange delivery or confirm contact details) or unexpectedProblem (a problem that affects completing the order). Plain text up to 2,000 characters in the buyer's language; no HTML, email addresses or unrelated links.
-
Request a review and seller feedback Tier 3 · External Outside content
Send Amazon's standard request for a product review and seller feedback for a delivered order. Amazon allows one such request (or one free-form proactive message) per order, only while the order is eligible; otherwise Amazon rejects the call.
Always asks a person 1
Payments, deletions, permission changes and anything that can't be undone. A person approves every use, and no charter or approval rule can switch that off.
-
Change a listing's price Tier 4 · Money or irreversible Outside content
Set the selling price (tax-inclusive where the marketplace shows prices with tax) of one of your listings. Amazon accepts the change asynchronously; check issues in the response.
Actions marked Outside content return what people outside your company may have written, such as emails or comments. Agents treat it as information to check, never as instructions.
What can start work
Set a trigger up on the Intake page, and your rules there turn what arrives into tasks for your agents.
-
An order was created or changed (new order, shipped, cancelled and so on).
Everdeck checks Amazon Seller Central every 10 minutes.
