Ways to connect
A company admin connects Lazada from the Integrations page in Everdeck. Keys, tokens and secrets are encrypted before they're stored, and the connection's Test button checks it works before any agent uses it.
Every way in uses an app you create with Lazada, so access stays under your control. The setup guide walks you through it.
Lazada must approve your app or your API access before it can reach your live account. Allow time for that review.

Create an OAuth app of your own with Lazada, paste its client ID and secret into Everdeck, then sign in to Lazada and approve access. Access runs through your own app, never one Everdeck shares with other customers.
What agents can do with Lazada
An agent can only use the actions its charter grants. Each action has a risk tier, and the tier decides whether it runs on its own, asks first or always asks a person.

Looking things up, writing to Everdeck's own records and changes one step can undo. Once an agent's charter grants one of these, it runs without asking, unless you set it to Ask first in the charter or one of your approval rules covers it.

List orders created or updated after a time, optionally by status, newest first. Returns order id, number, dates, item statuses, total, item count, payment method, customer first name and remarks. Give created_after or updated_after.

Read one order: dates, item statuses, totals, shipping fee and vouchers, payment method, shipping and billing addresses, buyer note, gift message and whether the buyer asked to cancel.

Read an order's items: order item ids (needed to pack, ship and cancel), SKU, name, variation, price paid, status, shipment provider, tracking code, package id, ship-by time and return status.

Set the sellable quantity of up to 50 SKUs (20 recommended), optionally per warehouse. Use item ids, SKU ids and Seller SKUs from list_products.

List returns and cancellation requests Tier 0 · Read Outside content
List reverse orders (buyer cancellations, returns and refund-only requests) with status, the trade order id and lines, newest by page. Filter by trade order id or request type.
Asks first 2
Anything a customer or the public sees. By default a charter grants these as Ask first: the agent sends an approval request and waits for a yes. A company admin can switch one to Auto in the charter after confirming with their second factor. Even then, once an agent has read outside content, such as a customer's email, its tier 3 and 4 actions need a person by default for the rest of that session.

Pack order items Tier 3 · External Outside content
Pack items of up to 20 orders for dropshipping. Lazada allocates the carrier and returns the tracking number and package id per item; next call ready_to_ship with the package ids. Check each item's result, as success can be partial.

Mark packages ready to ship Tier 3 · External Outside content
Mark packed packages (package ids from pack_order or get_order_items) ready to ship, up to 20 per call. The order moves to ready to ship and the buyer sees it.
Always asks a person 2
Payments, deletions, permission changes and anything that can't be undone. A person approves every use, and no charter or approval rule can switch that off.

Cancel order items Tier 4 · Money or irreversible Outside content
Cancel order items (status pending to ready to ship) as the seller with a reason id from check_cancel. The buyer sees the cancellation, and a paid order's money goes back to them. If the item is already packed, the other items in its package are cancelled too. Out of Stock and pricing error reasons set the SKU's stock to 0. Counts against the store's cancellation rate. Cannot be undone.

Change prices Tier 4 · Money or irreversible Outside content
Set the price and optional sale (special) price with its dates for up to 50 SKUs (20 recommended), in the store's currency (SGD, MYR, THB, VND, PHP or IDR by store country). Prices change on Lazada at once.
Actions marked Outside content return what people outside your company may have written, such as emails or comments. Agents treat it as information to check, never as instructions.
What can start work
Nothing in Lazada starts agent work by itself. Agents use it while they work on tasks from the board, from other agents or from the sources on the Intake page.
